Linda received her Certification in Hypnotism through the National Guild of Hypnotists in January 1998.  She has also completed two additional advanced training programs - the Basic Practitioner Certification in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Certification course in 5-PATH (tm)Advanced Transformational Hypnosis and 7th PATH Self-Hypnosis (r).  Linda enjoys working with people using hypnosis to help them dissolve barriers that have stood in the way of reaching their goals, including weight loss, stress relief, insomnia issues, etc.  Clients come to her for help with a wide variety of issues/goals.  Sessions last approximately 90 minutes.

Ina is a shaman, coach, herbalist and Human Design specialist offering an integrated approach to healing and personal growth.  She draws on traditions from ancient healing practices and contemporary healing arts to support her clients in taking quantum leaps in their movement.,  These practices and techniques include energy tracking, illumination, past life regression, soul retrieval, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), vision quest, ancestor energy release, chakra healing and energy protection.  She creates a space for her clients to liberate themselves from blocks, influences, emotional pain and experiences that have kept them from creating the lives they want.  Through their work with Ina, her clients learn to know, accept and love themselves for who they truly are and to follow their path to the beat of their own drum.

Charlotte is a Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Master Practitioner and has been using the Usui Reiki system of natural healing since 2005.  She received her knowledge and initiations of First and Second Degree and Master Practitioner from Rev. Virginia Marie Ferrari at the Heritage Holistic Center in Virginia Beach, VA.  Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing.  It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and causes us to be alive.  If one's life force energy is low, then we are more likely to get sick or to feel stress.  If it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.  All Reiki treatments are performed with the recipient fully clothed.  You lie on a padded massage table with pillows and blankets provided for extra comfort.  Soft lighting and soothing background music are utilized to promote relaxation.  Most people report a feeling of relaxation and well being after a treatment that can last for several days.  Everyone can benefit from Reiki treatments.  There are no negative side effects with Reiki.

Judy's gift is her sacred connection to the divine feminine energies of love, compassion and nurturance.  She is a non-denominational ordained minister, shaman, Reiki practitioner, Bowen practitioner, author and artist.  She has conducted self-empowerment workshops and at times blends energy work through sacred dance and movement.  Judy is a gifted intuitive reader and healer who incorporates ceremony and ritual of the divine feminine into her healing practice and workshops.  Her readings are conducted with the Divine Mother Deck, intuitive cards that she created herself.
