Dreams are often messages from our higher selves on events that are going on in our lives, and it is when we often work through things that are happening in the here and now. Dreams can also be more than dreams. They offer us the ability to travel outside of ourselves, to explore beyond our mortal bodies. And dreams also give us another opportunity to do magic. This class is about dreams, and the magic we can do in conjuntion with our dreams. We will cover how to program your dreams, to have lucid dreams, and how to understand and banish nightmares. You will learn about how to build your own dream alter, tools you can use to help clarify your dreams, dream journaling, and more. During class you will be able to make your own dream pillow to take home and start your own dream magic the same night.
